This premium quality portable system is ideal for use in hotels, motels, temporary apartments, etc. The first stage of this 2-stage system incorporates a premium Doulton Sterasyl® silver-impregnated ceramic cartridge that makes the unit self-sterilising and eliminates the need for boiling. Incorporated in the element is a second stage carbon block media which incorporates a resin to remove unhealthy heavy metals. This filter can be depended upon to remove over 99.99% of pathogenic organisms including E. Coli, Shigella, Salmonella and Klebsiella bacteria, and 99.999% of cyst producting pathogens like Cryptosporidium and Giardia. It will preserve beneficial alkaline minerals and produce water that is delicious and ideal for drinking or making your favorite beverages. Continuous supply means you can’t run out of filtered water. Like all Living Waters™ systems, the unit employs standard 9-3/4” cartridges making it easily upgradable as future technology changes.The LWCT1 features a single white polypropylene housing with alead-free, long-reach spout and chrome diverter valve. It is supplied with a Living Waters™ 10CERUC cartridge, a faucet adaptor package, spanner wrench, and extra silicone “O” ring. Appropriate components have been tested to comply with NSF Standard 42 for water aesthetics, and NSF Standard 53 for cyst removal.
